Three months!
It is almost the end of November already, which can only mean two things:
(1) Asha Ruby is ready to graduate from newborn to infant status! It is likely that we won't witness such an exciting metamorphosis until she moves from pre-teen to teenager.
(2) It has been almost a month since our last blog post! Mama and Papa Morris have felt the virtual disappointment from all corners of the Interweb and promise to never let that happen again.[*] To atone, we have a special treat for our devoted readers at the end of this post.
Over the past month, Asha has continued to amaze us with her new abilities. She has started to really enjoy her tummy time and has even managed to roll from her tummy over to her back a few times! The Roobmeister has also continued to explore the use of her hands - first looking (and tasting) one hand individually, and now more recently bringing both hands together. She's even got some new little toys to grab and shake with her hands. Asha seems to like the fish in particular...

Asha has also become much more alert and able to "lock" onto objects across the room. She loves to look around and take all the new sights in. As a result, Mama and Papa have to be a lot more careful that she doesn't become overstimulated, particularly since she doesn't like to nap. The Roobs is sleeping through the night like a champ though (sometimes 8+ hours in a row!) so Mama and Papa sure aren't complaining.
And now, our feature presentation... over the last month, Asha's smiles and coos have joined forces to form what can only be objectively called the cutest giggle the world has ever seen. For you disbelievers, we were lucky enough to catch a video of some giggles escaping as Asha is entertained by her Papa. Grab some popcorn and enjoy!
